ALTEN Acquires QA Consultants, Bringing Independent Software Quality Engineering Capabilities to its Services Portfolio

On March 1, 2023, ALTEN Group (ATE:PA) announced that it had agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of QA Consultants, an independent software quality engineering services company, for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition represents a significant addition to ALTEN’s Services portfolio.

ALTEN supports its customers’ development strategies in the areas of innovation, R&D and technological information systems. ALTEN works with key actors in the Aeronautics & Space, Defense & Naval, Security, Automotive, Rail, Energy, Life Sciences, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications and Services sectors.
