Coinsquare closes $30 million private placement of convertible debentures

On December 17, 2021, Coinsquare Ltd. (“Coinsquare”) completed a private placement offering of convertible debentures. A total of 30,000 debentures were issued at a price of C$1,000 per debenture generating aggregate proceeds of C$30 million. Canaccord Genuity Corp. (“Canaccord”) acted as sole bookrunner with respect to the transaction.

Coinsquare is a leading Canadian cryptocurrency platform.
