In April 2024, Designer Brands completed the acquisition of Rubino Shoes Inc. (“Rubino Shoes”), a leading footwear retailer of branded products in the Province of Quebec.

The acquisition included 28 Rubino stores in the Province of Quebec and helped expand Designer Brands’ presence in Canada.
