On June 21, 2024, Domfoam Toronto Inc. (“Domfoam”), a manufacturer and fabricator of foam products for furniture and bedding industries based in Quebec acquired Foamco Industries Corporation (“Foamco”).

Foamco is a leading foam fabricator in Canada specializing in mattress foam manufacturing and cutting of foam products for furniture, bedding, industrial and healthcare industries. For more than 30 years, Foamco has been providing their customers with high quality products and fast and efficient delivery. The acquisition of Foamco marks a significant expansion of Domfoam into the Ontario market.
