On February 1, 2024, Farrow announced that Kuehne+Nagel Group has closed on the deal to acquire Farrow.

With this closing, Farrow becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuehne+Nagel.

With operating locations across Canada and the United States, and in Europe, Farrow manages over 800 employees with 38 offices and warehouses including those of acquired companies D.J. Powers Co. Inc. and Link+ Corporation.
