On October 13, 2024, Pajar Canada announced that it had completed the acquisition of Coug & Company Inc. which owns the  “Cougar” brand, known for its durable and stylish footwear which has been a staple in Canadian households since its inception.

Founded in 1963, Pajar Canada has built a reputation in footwear and outerwear for excellence, blending traditional craftmanship and modern innovation. The “Cougar” brand aligns with Pajar’s vision to expand its footprint in the Canadian market.
