On January 20, 2021, Molded Devices Inc. (“MDI”), an American provider of engineering and manufacturing plastic components for the medical, energy and aerospace/defense industries, completed its acquisition of Phoenix Manufacturing Ltd (“Phoenix”), including its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities in Canada.

Phoenix is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of UL certified, electrical insulating boots as well as the fluidized bed application of electrical busbar epoxy.
