On January 7, 2025, Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”) announced its acquisition of ExperiGreen Lawn Care (“ExperiGreen”).

Wind Point is one of the oldest private equity firms in Chicago with approximately $7 billion in assets under management, focusing mainly on investments in the business services, consumer products and industrial products industries. ExperiGreen provides customized lawn care services in the United States and Canada. Wind Point’s investment in ExperiGreen aims to accelerate ExperiGreen’s growth and continue to provide high quality services to its customers and signals the market potential for continued organic and acquisition-driven growth.
