Overview

The financial services group at Miller Thomson consists of over 70 lawyers across the country with a broad scope of expertise in all aspects of regional, national and international financing transactions.  Working closely with our colleagues in other specialty and industry groups, we represent a broad spectrum of Canadian and foreign financial institutions as well as a diverse range of borrowers in all aspects of their lending transactions.   Our clients include: North American and global financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, pension funds, governments and government loan agencies and credit unions.

One of only two Canadian member firms of Multilaw, an affiliation of prominent local, regional and international law firms who work together to serve clients on a global scale, we are able to leverage this affiliation to provide our clients with  effective and reliable representation internationally.
