​Project Description

Nestings is a new vacant land condominium development located in Simcoe, Ontario. A vacant land condominium is a condominium that is registered without any buildings constructed on it. The developer will be constructing luxury bungalows on the majority of the units, and is selling both the vacant units and the homes to purchasers.
