With extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, shareholder activism, and corporate finance, Florind advises clients on complex transactions. He has represented acquirors and targets in both public and private M&A deals and advises corporate boards and special committees in connection with their transactions. His work on several significant mandates has been recognized nationwide.
Mr. Polo’s background includes substantial experience representing issuers and investment dealers in public and private offerings of securities, including various debt and equity offerings. His expertise makes him a valuable asset for clients seeking expert guidance in M&A, corporate finance and capital markets.
