Scott is well-respected in the legal community for his strategic insights and has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also a sought-after speaker and has published articles on litigation trends and strategies.
Balpreet S. Khatra, who joins as an Associate, comes with a strong background in various litigation matters, including real estate, construction-related disputes, and corporate governance. His proactive approach and dedication to client service have earned him recognition as an emerging talent in the legal field. Balpreet holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Laws degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and has previously worked with several leading firms where he honed his skills in dispute resolution and negotiation.
