Jane Martin, joining as Counsel, brings extensive expertise in estate planning, family business succession, and estate and capacity law mediation. She manages complex domestic and cross-border estate and trust matters, with a focus on high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and artists. Jane is also skilled in estate administration and document preparation. In addition to her legal practice, Jane is a noted author and a respected speaker on estate planning topics, contributing significantly to the field.
Baira Oldvurova, newly appointed as an Associate, adds valuable expertise in tax and estate planning to our team. An internationally trained lawyer, Baira earned her law degree with distinction from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Moscow and holds an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
