Miller Thomson LLP is proud to announce that Yves Rocheleau has joined the Montréal Business Law Group as partner.
Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial law is what sets Mr. Rocheleau apart. He has spearheaded multiple complex transactions and counselled numerous leading businesses within the manufacturing and service sectors.

Having studied business administration as well as law, Mr. Rocheleau’s broad skill set encompasses corporate restructuring, shareholder disputes, corporate finance, along with venture capital transactions. He has also led management buyout cases and supported business owners in planning out their entrepreneurial succession, an area of the law he regularly touches on at lectures and seminars.

Mr. Rocheleau started his career at a large Toronto law firm where he practised securities law and oversaw various mergers and acquisitions.
