Overview
Brandon is a corporate transactional lawyer in the firm’s Toronto office. His practice focuses on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing advice on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters.
Brandon’s corporate experience allows him to provide practical counsel to private and publicly listed clients as well as investment dealers on a wide range of capital markets and general corporate matters, including public and private offerings of stock, debt securities and structured products, going-public transactions (including by way of initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and cross-border listings) and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Brandon collaborates with clients to develop pragmatic solutions to complex legal matters and to facilitate transactions from initial discussions through to closing.
