Dustin, a Partner in our litigation group, focuses in corporate/commercial litigation, debt recovery and enforcement, bankruptcy and insolvency. Hailing from an agricultural background, he offers valuable insights to his agricultural clients on various matters, including intergenerational transfers, acquisitions and contract drafting. Dustin is well-versed in Saskatchewan law, having appeared in all three levels of Saskatchewan Court.

Active both professionally and personally in agriculture, Dustin’s roots run deep in the industry. While his legal knowledge shines in court, his practical experience gained from working on his family’s farm adds a unique perspective to his approach. This blend of legal knowledge and practical wisdom sets Dustin apart as a lawyer who truly understands his clients’ needs.
