In addition to her years of experience with routine incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, business name and partnership registrations, extra provincial registrations of corporations and limited partnerships, and related corporate maintenance matters, she has assisted on many corporate acquisitions and reorganizations.
Her experience in corporate transactions includes the due diligence review of corporate records, preparation of related material, organizing record books as well as corporate and securities searching.
