Luc-Antoine Manneh is a partner in the Montreal office’s Banking & Financial Services team. He is involved in closing domestic and cross-border financing transactions on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
In this capacity, Luc-Antoine is particularly involved in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements in the context of syndicated or bilateral financing transactions such as asset-based lending financing, acquisition financing, cashflow financing, subordinated loans, quasi-equity financing and debt restructurings.
Luc-Antoine builds lasting business relationships, enabling him to better advise and meet clients expectations in all types of transactions.
