Matt Innes focuses on corporate and commercial law, and works with businesses throughout Southwestern Ontario. The majority of Matt’s practice involves supporting businesses through key transactions and critical points, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic alignments and succession planning and shareholder restructuring. Matt brings a very practical approach to the law, and enjoys working with each client to find legal solutions that address the client’s particular situation in a cost-effective, reasonable and efficient manner. Matt strives to ensure that his work supports his client’s long terms goals and success. While Matt’s clients span a wide array of industries, his background in agribusiness, and his leveraging of Miller Thomson’s leading agribusiness reputation, allow Matt to be able to provide practical, industry-specific legal advice to agribusiness and agri-food companies.
