Sam Massie is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency group at Miller Thomson LLP. He has a broad and diverse practice, acting for creditors, debtors, purchasers and court officers in corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships and work-outs. Sam also has experience in various types of domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions including financings and mergers and acquisitions.
