Tania L. Pinheiro joined the construction law team in 2019. Her practice covers all aspects of construction matters, from project inception to completion. She frequently handles issues related to tenders, latent conditions and unforeseen work, design or construction defects, contract modifications or terminations, claims for schedule extensions, legal hypothecs, and more.
Tania is a member of the Quebec Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, Les Elles de la construction, the Young Ambassadors Network of the Urban Development Institute, and several other construction and real estate associations. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and a regular contributor to Constructo magazine.
Alongside her law degree, Tania holds a D.E.S.S. in Business Law and Contract Practice from the Université de Montréal, and has been drawn to the challenges of the construction industry from early in her career. She rigorously defends her clients’ interests, developing customized strategies to support them throughout their projects.
