Sheila Morris chairs The Ontario Bar Association’s Ageism in the Workplace program

Sheila Morris chairs this 1/2-day program focused on ageism-related considerations in the workplace. The program will help employees and employers alike understand the challenges unique to older individuals with panels on unconscious bias and discrimination under the Human Rights Code; ageism-related concerns in the course of employment; pensions and securities concerns; ageism-related concerns when exiting the workplace; and highlights from the WHO’s global report on ageism.
