Christopher Fallis

Christopher is building a broad corporate law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and matters related to corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance. He has experience working on various types of transactions including both domestic and cross-border private and public acquisitions, public offerings and private placements.

Christopher returned to Miller Thomson as an Associate after summering and articling at the firm. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, following the completion of his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020.
