Josyane Ledoux practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. In particular, she supports her clients with the drafting of various types of contracts and agreements required in the course of their activities.

Corporate directorships
Josyane was elected as a city councillor in her hometown, a position she held from November 2014 to November 2018 while attending law school. This experience also allowed her to serve on the board of directors of her local arena.
