Philippe A. Couture-Ménard is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law Group, with extensive experience in commercial law, corporate litigation, civil disputes, and product liability. His litigation practice spans a range of complex issues, including tendering disputes, shareholder conflicts, supplier and distribution agreements, unfair competition, franchising, and fraud. Known for his strategic approach, he advises clients on preventing and resolving disputes and has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Quebec.
Outside of his professional commitments, he serves on the management committee of the Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf Alumni Hockey League.
Philippe has a strong track record in high-stakes cases involving embezzlement, cross-border disputes, securities litigation, product and equipment quality assurance, financial services, and international arbitration. Philippe is active in the legal community as a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal and the Canadian Bar Association.
