Ahmad Adam is a partner in the firm’s structured finance and securitization practice. Ahmad’s practice covers many areas of banking, finance and securities law, with an emphasis on structured finance and securitization, corporate finance and project finance work. Ahmad works hard to understand his clients’ needs so that he is able to provide tailored legal advice that is helpful, cost-effective and practical.
