Alex Sacks

Alex is a third-year Université de Montréal law student. She is enrolled to begin the Juris Doctor in North American Common Law program in fall 2024. Before studying law, Alex earned a diploma of college studies in Commerce from Dawson College .

As part of her active involvement in student life, Alex co-chaired the Jewish Law Students Association and was in charge of planning a slate of networking events. In addition, she is currently serving as an academic representative for third-year law students.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Alex worked at a firm with a focus on family law and was tasked with drafting weekly articles for the firm’s blog. She honed the knowledge she developed at the Faculty of Law by boiling down information on the topic of each blog post, refining her legal research skills.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys working out and staying on top of popular culture.
