Community involvement
Ali volunteers with various community organizations supporting newcomer communities in Montréal. In his home borough of Ahuntsic, Ali served on the Board of Directors for CANA (Carrefour d’aide aux nouveaux arrivants). He also contributed to refugee integration initiatives with the YMCA.
