Amanda Fulton is a Law Clerk in the Toronto office. She has over 15 years experience assisting lawyers and clients with corporate law related matters including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, business name and partnership registrations, mergers, acquisitions and other related corporate maintenance matters.
