Team Heading

Andra is an associate in our Health Industry group. She is developing a broad health law practice with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance, and governance advice for healthcare organizations, associations, and professionals.

With a background as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Andra brings a unique clinical perspective to her legal practice, which enhances her understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and organizations.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Andra gained significant experience at a leading global firm, where she honed her skills in intellectual property and regulatory compliance, particularly within the life sciences sector. In her previous role at a top-ranked pediatric hospital, Andra collaborated with in-house counsel and procurement teams on contract drafting and negotiation, while advising hospital leadership on strategic and operational risks.
