Andrea is a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and transactional and commercial law within Miller Thomson’s Montréal Business Law Group.

During her studies, Andrea showed a strong commitment to community service, volunteering with the Garage Légal at the Université de Montréal and the Legal Information Clinic at McGill University. These experiences enabled her to support local entrepreneurs, deepening her passion for business law and strengthening her ability to provide practical and accessible legal guidance.

Before beginning her legal career, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in finance from McGill University, allowing her to combine in-depth legal expertise with a strong understanding of the financial and business challenges her clients face.
