Overview
Andrea is an associate in the Montreal Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and transactional and commercial law.
Before embarking on her legal career, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in finance from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. This background enables her to approach legal issues from a perspective that is informed by her business knowledge.
During her studies, Andrea was actively involved as a volunteer in Montréal’s community. She contributed to the University of Montréal’s Garage Légal, assisting a number of entrepreneurs, and was also involved with McGill University’s Legal Information Clinic.
