Overview
Andrew Gunpat’s business law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and corporate/commercial matters. Andrew has represented clients in multiple sectors on a variety of transactions including public and private M&A, financings, listings, and reverse takeovers.
Andrew also serves as an instructor of multiple law school and business school courses, including the Corporate Finance and Securities Regulation courses at the University of Windsor’s law school, and the Mergers & Acquisitions course at the University of Guelph’s business school. Andrew regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono program which involves providing advice to pro bono clients on various matters, and he is also a Committee Member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association’s Young Professionals Committee.
