Arthur Opalinski’s practice is focused on commercial leasing, commercial real estate transactions, condominium development, municipal planning and expropriation, and real estate financing. He has acted for both landlords and tenants with respect to retail, office, industrial, and bare land leasing matters. He also represents vendors and purchasers during all stages of real estate transactions, and acts for developers of industrial lands, shopping centres, and new subdivisions. With his background in urban municipalities, Arthur is able to provide legal services in respect of provincial and municipal planning and development approvals, as well as expropriations.Arthur stays connected and engaged with the legal community as a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Calgary Bar Association, and the Law Society of Alberta. His active involvement with these associations, reflects his commitment to his profession.
