Overview
Arthur Opalinski’s practice is focused on commercial leasing, commercial real estate transactions, condominium development, municipal planning and expropriation, as well as real estate financing.
Arthur has acted for both landlords and tenants in respect of retail, office, industrial, and bare land leasing matters. Arthur also represents vendors and purchasers during all stages of real estate transactions, and acts for developers of industrial lands, shopping centres, and new subdivisions. For real estate developers, Arthur counsels on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of properties. Arthur also acts for commercial lending institutions and borrowers in connection with loans secured by real estate or by personal property.
Arthur’s prior work experience at one of Canada’s largest urban municipalities enables him to provide legal services in respect of provincial and municipal planning and development approvals, as well as expropriations.
