Overview
Brittney Lines is a Law Clerk with extensive expertise in charity and non-profit clients across Canada, including Ontario and British Columbia. She specializes in providing legal support on corporate governance and tax compliance for charities and non-profit corporations. Previously, she also gained experience dealing with business corporations, assisting with a variety of corporate governance and compliance matters. Her current work is focused exclusively on the not-for-profit and charity sectors, with deep knowledge of both federal and provincial regulatory frameworks, including the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and Ontario’s Not-for-profit Corporations Act.
Prior to commencing her career at Miller Thomson, Brittney received a B.A. in criminology and an Ontario paralegal license.
