Overview
Caitlin is a member of Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group and maintains a general corporate commercial practice.
Caitlin obtained her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2023. She was recognized on Dean’s List in the 2021 – 2022 and the 2022 – 2023 academic terms. Throughout law school, Caitlin received a number of awards including the Insolvency Institute of Canada Prize in Insolvency Law, the Raymond James Memorial Prize in Trust Law, the Darcy Readman Prize in Personal Property Security Law and the Robert A Homme QC Memorial Scholarship in Law.
Prior to attending law school, Caitlin graduated with Distinction from the University of Alberta School of Business where she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance and minor in Accounting.
Caitlin is actively involved in the Edmonton legal community, serving as a volunteer with the Provincial Court Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the Court of King’s Bench Amicus Program.
