Callum Campbell is a corporate/commercial lawyer, advising domestic and cross-border clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance matters, corporate formation, restructuring and growth strategy, intellectual property protection, negotiating complex agreements, and all aspects of Canadian corporate law and doing business in Canada. His clients include public and private companies, financial institutions, owner-managed businesses and professional service providers across diverse sectors including manufacturing, real estate development, technology, media/entertainment, financial services, automotive and healthcare. He also brings extensive experience and insight to help clients navigating contested shareholder matters and commercial disputes, as well as negotiating complex commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, master services agreements, supply/distribution agreements and entertainment agreements.
