Overview
Camille Beaudry joined the Construction Litigation Team as an associate in January 2022. She is a graduate of University of Sherbrooke’s combined Bachelor of Law and Master of Business Administration co-op program.
Camille has a particular interest in complex cases involving various industry stakeholders, including general and trade contractors.
Construction litigation: RFPs, construction defects and design flaws, contract interpretation, claims for extras.
During her studies, Camille was selected to article under Justice Marie-Josée Ménard as part of the University of Sherbrooke’s internship program.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Camille practiced construction law with a firm based in the Greater Montreal area.
At university, Camille was a member of the rookie coach committee, where her role was to support first-year law students. She was also part of La Clé de vos droits, an organization offering free legal information services.
