Overview
Chloe is building her corporate, commercial, and regulatory law practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, transportation and logistics, and marketing and advertising. She has assisted in private acquisitions, general commercial matters, and regulatory compliance matters. She also has experience in consumer protection issues, such as reviewing product labelling requirements, contests, and terms and conditions.
Chloe was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. Chloe earned her J.D. and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Windsor.
