Overview

Christopher Crisman-Cox has a practice focused on estate and trust litigation. Chris is a problem solver who is committed to finding the best options for clients to reasonably and efficiently resolve disputes.

Chris represents clients in all manner of disputes related to estates and trusts, including: Will challenges, court review of executor/trust accounts (“passing of accounts”), power of attorney issues, guardianship applications, interpretation issues, disputes involving trustee duties, trustee removal/replacement, and support and property equalization claims against estates.

Chris also has extensive experience practicing in family law. He maintains a select practice for family law clients and is particularly able to assist in complex matters involving the intersection of family and estates law.

Chris is experienced at all stages of the litigation process, and has appeared at the provincial and superior court level, including family court. He has also provided assistance with respect to appellate court matters.
