Overview
Cindy Aulicino brings a practical and business-minded approach to her commercial real estate practice to get the deal done. Cindy’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and related matters. In addition to real estate, Cindy’s practice also involves a variety of banking transactions with a particular emphasis on project finance and acquisition finance. Over the past several years, her practice has expanded to include the acquisition, redevelopment and disposition of brownfield properties.
Cindy’s expertise has allowed her to build trust and develop lasting business relationships with various organizations. Recently, Cindy was sought after to participate in a pilot program launch for a leading national title insurer where she consulted with top executives to provide feedback to improve their new commercial real estate program created for the commercial real estate bar. Cindy also advocated for the inclusion of post-policy fraud protection for commercial real estate transactions.
As a result of Cindy’s advocacy, the national title insurer now includes this policy risk in all of its commercial title insurance policies.
