Dana Kriszenfeld, an associate at Miller Thomson LLP’s Social Impact Group, provides legal advice and representation to charities and not-for-profits. She assists her clients in a variety of matters, including incorporations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance issues, charitable registrations, charitable gifts, integrations, restructurings and mergers. Dana fosters personal relationships with her clients and is committed to providing practical solutions and delivering top-tier results.
During her time in law school, Dana has volunteered with with Pro Bono Students Canada, acted as President of both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Club and the Jewish Students’ Association, and volunteered with Career Services.
