Overview
Dana Kriszenfeld is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Social Impact Group. She provides expert legal advice and representation to charities and not-for-profits, assisting her clients with a variety of matters, including incorporations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance issues, charitable registrations, charitable gifts, integrations, restructurings and mergers.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Dana summered, articled and became an associate at a large full-service law firm in Toronto where she developed a broad corporate practice and a passion for working collaboratively with her clients. Dana fosters personal relationships with her clients and is committed to providing practical solutions and delivering top-tier results.
Dana received her JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2020 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. Throughout her time in law school, Dana volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, acted as President of both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Club and the Jewish Students’ Association, and volunteered with Career Services.
