Overview

Daniel’s practice covers all aspects of construction and infrastructure law. He has extensive experience representing various industry stakeholders in connection with negotiating and drafting various construction contracts and agreements, including procurement documents, development management agreements, construction contracts, and professional services agreements. Daniel is also an experienced construction and commercial litigator, and has represented clients in numerous mediation, arbitration, adjudication, and litigation matters.

Daniel has extensive experience on a wide range of projects and has acted for various project participants, including owners, governmental authorities, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. He has represented clients in connection with negotiating and drafting various contracts and agreements, including procurement documents, and with litigation matters including lien claims, trust claims, delay claims, priority disputes, insurance issues, commercial disputes, and enforcement actions.

Daniel is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for his clients and implements an efficient and proactive approach to his practice aimed at minimizing costs and disputes.
