Daniel Mahler is the Co-Leader of the Real Estate Transactions and Leasing Group. He is an accomplished lawyer whose practice covers all facets of commercial real estate transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture structuring, financings, and leasing across diverse asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family residential properties.
Daniel provides unmatched client service to some of the most active real estate clients in the country, including investment managers, REITs, developers, landlords, and tenants. Leveraging Miller Thomson’s national platform, he manages transactions across Canada, collaborating with tax, corporate, and finance teams for seamless execution.
