Danielle Tavernese

Danielle is a dedicated family lawyer who provides compassionate service during challenging times. She focuses on resolving legal disputes efficiently, with a commitment to understanding her clients’ needs. Danielle’s practice includes domestic contracts, equalization, and complex asset division. She has successfully represented clients in Ontario courts, particularly in high-conflict decision-making, parenting time, and support disputes involving income imputation.

Danielle sits on the board of directors for the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers’ Association as the Communications Director. She is also actively involved in the Toronto Lawyers’ Association.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Danielle practiced at a boutique family law firm, focusing on high-conflict cases involving major decision-making and parenting time. Danielle developed extensive courtroom experience and prepared domestic contracts that encompassed complex equalization, support claims and property division.
