D. Josiah Allison

Biography description

Josiah Allison is an active member of Miller Thomson’s Litigation Group in Calgary, working to resolve clients’ commercial and personal conflicts both inside and outside of the courtroom. His experience as a summer and articling student with Miller Thomson, gained him valuable experience drafting court documents, legal opinions, and communicating with clients and opposing parties.

Josiah has co-authored numerous contributions to industry publications.

Josiah is a member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and staying connected within the legal community.
