Overview

Josiah Allison is an active member of Miller Thomson’s Litigation Group in Calgary. He, and the Calgary team of litigators, work to resolve client’s commercial and personal conflicts both inside and outside of the courtroom.

During his time as a summer and articling student with Miller Thomson, Josiah gained valuable drafting court documents, legal opinions, and communicating with clients and opposing parties.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Josiah obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity Western University where he also played Varsity Basketball.

During Law School, Josiah stayed active with pro bono legal work including Student Legal Assistance where Josiah further developed his skills as an advocate.
