Emily Compton is a lawyer in Miller Thomson’s litigation practice group. She is a direct communicator, creative thinker, and skilled researcher who believes in providing practical and professional service to her clients. Through her broad litigation practice, she has diligently represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario and a multitude of federal and provincial administrative tribunals. Emily provides legal services in employment law, insurance litigation, and general commercial litigation. She joined Miller Thomson as an associate after working as a summer student and articling student with the firm.
Emily is a dedicated community member and proudly serves as an elected member of the Board of Trustees of the Waterloo Region Law Association, and volunteers with House of Friendship.
