Overview

Éric Bergeron maintains a general civil litigation practice. Éric has worked along other firm members on various types of litigation matters including education, constitutional, administrative, labor and employment, human rights, family law, contractual disputes, and wills and estates matters.

Éric is bilingual, serving both English and French speaking clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Éric obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2023. Éric completed one summer term at the firm in 2022 and joined as an articling student the following year.

Éric is originally from Edmonton, where he has been very involved with various non-profit organizations working in Alberta’s francophone community. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Éric obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta Campus Saint-Jean where he studied history and Canadian studies. This motivated him to study law and to become an advocate for justice.
