Éric Bergeron maintains a general civil litigation practice. He has worked with other firm members on various litigation matters related to education, constitutional, administrative, labour and employment, human rights, family law, contract disputes, and wills and estates. Fully bilingual, Éric serves both English- and French-speaking clients. Originally from Edmonton, he has also dedicated his time to various non-profit organizations within Alberta’s francophone community.
He also sits on the board of directors of l’Association des juristes d’expression française de la Saskatchewan (The Francophone Jurists’ Association of Saskatchewan), an organization dedicated to providing access to French-language legal services in Saskatchewan.
In 2023, Éric completed his JD/LLL at the University of Ottawa. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta’s Campus Saint-Jean in 2020, underscoring his solid academic foundation. Éric is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional legal standards and community involvement.
