Erika Cabral

After completing her summer and articling at Miller Thomson, Erika joined the Business Law Group as an associate. Her main areas of practice are financial services and banking law, as well as general transactional and commercial law.

A graduate of the University of Montréal in both civil and common law, Erika demonstrated outstanding academic excellence during her studies, making the Dean’s Honour List.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Erika gained extensive experience in the legal field. During her studies, she worked as a tutor for the University of Montréal Law Certificate and as a marker for the Bachelor of Laws exams. She also worked in a Montreal boutique firm and as a research assistant to one of her professors.
